FREE Initial Consultation
This is where we get to know each other and get the vision for the project. We believe that this first face-to-face communication is the most important. We are focused on giving you an accurate estimate that addresses your dreams and concerns. Depending on the complexity of the project you will receive an accurate estimate within 24 hours.
A Comprehensive Proposal and Schedule Lock in Date
At this stage the importance and accuracy of our initial consultation pays off. During the proposal and scheduling phase is when we see what the vision of the project looks like physically and financially. This is where we will sign a contract and take a deposit. Birch Lake Landscaping will get to work managing every detail of your project in preparation for our proposed start date.
Flexible Scope of Work and Design
We strive to remain flexible in our scope of work to meet our customer’s requests. This element of communication ultimately allows Birch Lake Landscaping to give the highest quality customer service. No questions is out of line or concern to frivolous.
